- Get confirmation emails/text messages about your reservations, and
- Request information about upcoming trips via text, email and phone.
Sign up for alerts on this page to make sure you get information about those new tools once they are announced.

Paratransit riders in northeastern Illinois and users of Pace-operated Dial-a-Ride services can all use TripCheck.
You can log in here if you know your Paratransit ID card number and birthday.
To apply, you just need to click here to send us an email.
Your email should include:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Home & mailing address
- Home & cell numbers
- Email address
- ADA certification number (if applicable)
We'll then set up your account and email you a client ID and a temporary password.
Once you've set up your password, you're good to go! Visit the TripCheck portal to log in.
How does it work?
Once you're in, you can see all the trips you currently have scheduled and pull up a map of pickup and dropoff locations. You can check your itinerary, and--if you'd like--you can cancel them (only if there are more than two hours until your scheduled pickup; otherwise, please call your carrier). Notice you can even see old trips on TripCheck, too.
To apply for and use TripCheck, you need to have an email address, an active client file with Pace Paratransit, and a desktop computer or mobile phone that can run any common, up-to-date web browser. That's all there is to it!
TripCheck is an accessible, ADA-compliant application. For now, you can check or cancel trips using TripCheck, but you can't book them.
