An ADA Paratransit Ticket is $3.25 and can be purchased in booklets of 10 tickets for $32.50. They are available at Pace's online store, at the retailers below, or through Pace's Ticket-by-Mail program.
ADA paratransit riders can pay for rides with a Pace ADA paratransit ticket, cash, or through Ventra. For additional information about how to pay for rides on Pace, contact Pace's Passenger Services.
If you prefer to use this simply fill out the form, enclose a check or money order, and return it to Pace to process your order. Please allow 10 days for order processing.

You can purchase ADA Paratransit Tickets through Pace's iStore. You will receive an e-mail notification with a confirmation number when your order is placed. Please check your e-mail 15 minutes later to make sure you do not receive an order cancelation e-mail. This will happen if your billing address does not match the address on file with the credit card company.
Occasionally you may find that your order does not go through. Some common reasons for this are the billing address has changed, you received a new credit card or you are ordering from a different device/computer then you usually do. In situations like this we recommend that you reset your user profile on our website prior to placing an order. To learn how to do this please click on the link below and instructions will be provided. This process only takes a few minutes.
Pace is excited to share that our ADA ticket online store will be new and improved starting October 1. The price of the ADA Paratransit ticket is not changing.
On October 1 and thereafter, ticket purchases will be conducted through Shopify. More instructions, and a link to that future online store, will be provided on this page at that time. Any current iStore link will also automatically redirect you to the new Shopify website.
