On Demand Route

Provides recently expanded weekday "on demand" service to Arlington Heights, Rolling Meadows, Palatine and Mount Prospect areas. Key destinations are Harper College, Fremd High School, and Northwest Community Hospital, as well as local downtowns and several shopping destinations including Randhurst Mall.

In addition to serving local destinations, Northwest Cook On Demand also connects riders to the broader regional transit system including multiple Metra stations, Pace fixed routes, and the Northwest Transportation Center (which is just a short walk or bus ride to and from Woodfield Mall).

Pace On Demand offers reservation-based, shared-ride service throughout the suburban region. All you have to do is book online or call to reserve your trip at least 10 minutes in advance and pay with Ventra or cash when boarding.
