ADA Tickets

Pace is excited to share that our ADA ticket online store will be new and improved starting October 1. The price of the ADA Paratransit ticket is not changing.

Please note: ADA tickets are currently available through iStore through September 26, which will be followed by a sales blackout period from September 27 through 30 while we transition to the new website. 

Then, starting October 1, ticket purchases will be conducted through Shopify. More instructions, and a link to that future online store, will be provided at this page. The iStore link will also automatically redirect you to the new Shopify website.

If you already have a Shopify account, you're all set for your improved online experience. If not, you will need to set up account first. 

This transition period may also be a good time for you to convert to an even easier method of paying for ADA Paratransit rides—through your Ventra account. See www.pacebus.com/ventra-paratransit for those instructions.

Pace will send a follow-up message, closer to October 1, with a reminder about the new Shopify online store and detailed instructions on how to use it. We look forward to offering this more streamlined and user-friendly purchasing experience.
