Route 565 Detour Alert

Effective Wednesday, February 22, 2023

Due to a roadway obstruction at the Gurnee Mills Bus Turnaround, Route 565 buses will operate on the following detour in both directions until further notice:

Gurnee Mills Circle West → North Creek → Stearns School → Hunt Club (resume regular route)

Passengers should board and alight buses on Gurnee Mills Circle West at the north end of the Bus Turnaround roadway. Buses will operate express with no passenger stops on the detour segments on Gurnee Mills Circle West east of the Bus Turnaround stop, on North Creek and Stearns School, and on Hunt Club north of Westbrook.

During this detour, Route 565 buses will not operate counter-clockwise on Gurnee Mills Circle West between the Bus Turnaround and Westbrook or on Westbrook.
