Route 322 Detour Alert Update

Effective Sunday, December 20, 2020

Due to the winter suspension of the reconstruction of 21st Avenue (between Parkes Drive and 19th Street) and 19th Street (between 21st Avenue and 17th Avenue) in Broadview, Route 322 buses will return to the detour routing that was put in place in March, 2020 due to new weight restrictions on the Cermak Road Bridge over Addison Creek between 21st Avenue and 17th Avenue in Broadview.


Starting Sunday, December 20, 2020, all Route 322 buses will detour as follows:

Route 322 Eastbound Detour:

Cermak Road → 21st Avenue → Cermak Road (South Frontage) → 25th Avenue → Braga Drive → Parkes Drive → 21st Avenue → 19th Street → 17th Avenue → Cermak Road → resume regular route
 

Route 322 Westbound Detour:

Cermak Road → 17th Avenue → 19th Street → 21st Avenue → Parkes Drive → Braga Drive → 25th Avenue → 22nd Street → 21st Avenue → Cermak Road → resume regular route

Please note that eastbound posted stops Cermak Road & Terry Lane and westbound Cermak Road & 17th Avenue will not be served during this detour.

An updated notice will be posted when construction resumes in Spring, 2021. Please allow extra travel time for Route 322 trips during this detour.
