Starting Monday, August 31, passengers will be able to book trips online for three On Demand routes: Naperville-Aurora, Wheaton-Winfield, and West Joliet!
Online booking is a convenient way to book, change and cancel reservations. Also, riders who use the system get trip alerts (via text message, email or automated call) five minutes before their bus arrives at the pickup location.
Here’s how to get started using the NEW online reservation system:
- Visit PaceBus.com/OnDemand, find the service you wish to ride, and click ‘Book Online.’
- Register to create a user account and select a trip notification method.
- Follow the online instructions to book your next trip.
We will still take reservations by phone! We will continue to give priority to riders on a first-come, first-served basis, regardless of whether the reservation is made by phone or online.
