Route 606 Detour Alert
Effective Thursday, September 18, 2025
Due to road construction on westbound Algonquin, between Busse and Dempster, in Arlington Heights, westbound Route 606 buses will use the following detour beginning Thursday, September 18, 2025:
Algonquin → Linneman → Dempster → Algonquin → Resume Regular Route
Passengers will be picked up at a safe location along the detour route. Eastbound buses will continue to operate through the area as scheduled.
Westbound buses are expected to resume regular service through this area by mid-November, 2025. Please allow additional travel time while this detour is in effect.
