Ventra Mobile App Issues
Ongoing Ventra mobile app issues may prevent passengers from purchasing or accessing Metra, CTA, and Pace fare products. We continue to work with our vendor to address these challenges and restore the Ventra app on behalf of all riders. Transit personnel will accommodate riders unable to purchase fares through the Ventra app. Passengers paying with Ventra cards are not impacted by this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
