To perform maintenance on our fare collection system, a scheduled Ventra outage will occur from 11:00 p.m. Friday, October 17, 2025, to 11.00 a.m. Saturday, October 18, 2025. During this time, all Pace services will operate on their normal schedules, but no fares will be collected on fixed route or On Demand.
For Pace ADA Paratransit and dial-a-ride customers, please note the following:
- Reservations made on Friday for a Saturday trip can be pre-paid using Ventra at the time of reservation.
- Reservations made before 11am on Saturday morning for a trip Sunday or later cannot be pre-paid using Ventra. Fare payment for those rides must be by cash or ticket at the time of boarding.
- Subscription trips occurring on Friday or Saturday are unaffected and can be paid for through Ventra as usual.
