Cambio de servicio de la ruta 501

Vigente a partir del lunes 1 de junio de 2026

Como parte de un proyecto piloto, Pace Está mejorando y ampliando el servicio en la Ruta 501. A continuación se ofrece un resumen de los cambios:

All service days:

- Route 501 will be extended to IL-59 and Caton Farm Road. Buses will operate via Jefferson – Houbolt – (JJC campus) – Olympic – Gateway – IL-59 – Caton Farm. As a result, Route 501 will no longer operate on Rock Creek Boulevard or Jefferson Street between Houbolt Road and IL-59.

- J, W, and X trip patterns will be discontinued. Instead, all 501 trips will serve Joliet Junior College and Rt. 59 & Jefferson St. in both directions. The bus will not enter Shorewood Jewel.

Día laborable:

- Improved hours of service available from 5:08AM to 10:10PM, with buses operating every 30 minutes for most of the day.

Sábados:

- Improved hours of service available from 6:07AM to 10:05PM.
