Routes 850, 851 and 855 Temporary Bus Stop Relocation
Starts Thursday, February 4, 2021
Due to newly imposed weight restrictions on the Canterbury Lane culvert spanning Lily Cache Creek in Bolingbrook, buses will be unable to access the Canterbury Park and Ride (PnR) lot.
Instead, buses will pick-up and drop-off passengers on the north side of Briarcliff Road at the driveway entrance to the Fountaindale Public Library.
Passengers should continue to park at the Canterbury PnR lot but walk to the temporary Fountaindale Public Library bus stop. Please allow extra travel time to access the temporary bus stop.
No other bus stops are affected by this work.
IDOT expects to start repair work on the culvert in late summer or early fall, 2021. Until this work is completed, Pace buses will be unable to operate on Canterbury Lane or access the Canterbury PnR lot.
