Routes 850, 851 and 855 Detour Alert 

Starts Thursday, June 22, 2023 

Due to the NASCAR Chicago Street Race at Grant Park in downtown Chicago, all outbound trips will use the following detour: 

Michigan – Wacker – State – Cermak – I-55 

Buses will pick up passengers at the following locations along the detour routing:  

• State/Lake (NW corner) 

• State/Monroe (NW corner) 

• State/Jackson (NW corner) 

• State/Van Buren (NW corner) 

Buses will not serve stops on Michigan south of Wacker, but all other outbound stops will continue to be served during this detour.  

Inbound trips are not changing, but passengers should expect delays in both directions. 

Regular service is expected to resume on Monday, July 17.
