Routes 533 and 540 Service Change

Starts Monday, August 8, 2022

Due to low ridership and to improve operating efficiency, the following weekday “S” trips that previously operated on school days only are being discontinued:

Route 533

• Northbound “S” trip departing Aurora Transportation Center at 7:30AM
• Northbound “S” trip departing Aurora Transportation Center at 7:35AM
• Southbound “S” trip departing Simmons Middle School at 3:12PM

Route 540

• Northbound “S” trip departing Aurora East High School at 3:10PM
• Northbound “S” trip departing Aurora East High School at 3:15PM
• Southbound “S” trip departing Indian Trail/High at 7:16AM

In addition, the southbound Route 540 trip departing Walmart at 7:22AM is being converted to a regular southbound trip and will no longer operate the “X” routing on school days only. The revised schedule for the trip is shown below:
