Route 383 Detour Alert

Starts Monday, November 6, 2023

Due to a multi-year demolition project at Oak Forest Hospital, Route 383 service will no longer enter the hospital campus. Buses will now start and end service at 159^th and Cicero using the following posted bus stops:

The last southbound stop on the route will be on Cicero south of 159^th (southwest corner). The first northbound stop will be on 159^th east of Cicero (northeast corner).

Buses will not serve the bus stop on eastbound 159^th at the Oak Forest Hospital entrance, or any bus stops within the hospital campus.

Buses will detour until further notice. Passengers should expect delays during the detour.
