Under the direction of the Department Manager, Enterprise Client Services, or designee, is responsible for monitoring and overseeing the organization's communication systems. Reviews and reconciles invoices and manages contracts and vendors for all telecommunication projects and services. Installs, supports, and maintains in-house voice, data, and video equipment throughout the entire organization. Configures, diagnoses, repairs, upgrades, and optimizes all telephone systems and services, voicemail and PBX communication systems, and video conferencing environments. Manages cell phone inventory, configuration, and security. Timely and accurately analyzes and resolves telecommunications circuit issues and assists all user needs. Performs other duties as assigned or required. On call 24/7 including working on evenings and weekends.
Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record and have at least 4 years of actual intense work experience in with telecommunication systems, SIP trunking, and networking. Six years of experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is preferred. Experience working within the telecommunication industry with local carriers, reconciling telephone bills and contracts, and working with cabling vendors on new installations and maintenance, is required. Must have knowledge of commonly used telecommunication concepts, practices, and procedures, and experience with telecommunications system administration (preferably Mitel). Ability to perform Help Desk support to end users, both in person and remotely is required. Experience with Active Directory, RedSky E911, RightFax, and Evoko room manager is preferred. Experience with managing mobile devices and cell phones specifically with Microsoft Intune is preferred. Must have a good work history. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Must possess strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills, be detail and customer service oriented, be able to respond quickly within a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, possess strong written and oral communication skills, and be able to maintain confidentiality. Work is performed in a professional office environment. Work requires local travel to operating divisions and other locations and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
