Under the direction of the Department Manager, Bus Operations or designee, assists in performing complex labor, management, and operations analysis; assists with all facets of contract negotiations including proposal preparation, strategy, documentation authorization, overseeing negotiation meetings, and preparation of tentative and final agreement documentation; responsible for administering bargained for FMLA procedures and practices; participates in the preparation, development, and ongoing review of the budgets for Revenue Services; supports division staff on special projects and contract analysis; serves as liaison between Revenue Services and other areas of the organization; and performs other duties as assigned. Must be able to work any hours of the day and any days of the week. Work is primarily performed in a professional office environment. Local travel is required.
Qualified candidate must have a bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, labor relations or public administration. Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Must have one to three years previous experience in business, finance, accounting, labor relations, or public administration. Must be proficient with Oracle and Microsoft Suite programs including Outlook, Word, Adobe, and Excel. Must be able to work effectively within a bargained-for environment and with individuals from all levels of the organization and must maintain confidentiality.
