Job Description:
Under the direction of the Section Manager, Operating Services, administers Passenger Facilities Maintenance and Sign and Shelter contracts. Prepares requisitions for Passenger Facilities Maintenance and Sign and Shelter services and projects, including scopes of work, specifications, sole source justifications, ICE forms, change orders, and pre-bid meetings. Monitors contractor activities to ensure compliance with Pace and contract standards. Identifies contractor issues and reports them to management. Reviews and processes invoice payments in Oracle. Compiles, compares, tracks, and analyzes passenger facilities maintenance and sign and shelter periodic inspection and maintenance reports. Assists in developing annual Section budget, as well as grant application supporting documentation. Performs other duties as assigned. Work is primarily performed in a professional office environment. Local travel to Pace facilities is required.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Must have a minimum of three years' experience in contract administration with a good work history. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required. Strong math and analytic skills are required. Must be able to produce quality work while also meeting project deadlines. Must have a strong computer aptitude and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and SharePoint. Prior experience using Oracle is preferred.
