Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Chief Internal Auditor, the Internal Audit Intern will assist the department in a clerical role. The primary responsibility of the candidate is to aid in administrative work. This includes proofreading documents, preparing reports, and summarizing information to aid in various projects. The position will also aid in updating the internal audit manual from 2017 to the 2024 Global Standard. This position handles highly sensitive documents and will need to be discreet in the way they conduct themselves. Other duties may be assigned during the duration of the internship.
Qualifications:
The qualified candidate must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and pursuing a degree in internal auditing or data assessment. This job requires an individual to be detail oriented and proficient in verbal/written communication. Due to the nature of the field the Intern needs to be willing to work with confidential documents. Skilled use of Microsoft Suite is needed. This is a part-time (temporary) in-office position.
