Improved Passenger Amenities

WebWatch
WebWatch is an Internet-based program that allows riders to access real-time bus schedule information. Riders simply log onto Pace’s web site and click the WebWatch logo. They select the bus route, indicate their direction of travel and choose their location, and WebWatch provides the next three arrival times of the selected route. WebWatch can be accessed from desktop computers, web-enabled mobile communication devices and kiosks that are placed throughout the region. This new technology, enabled by IBS, makes using public transportation easier by enhancing customer information.
