Pace Federal Project Requests

Golf Road Bus Rapid Transit Project

PROJECT: This project creates a bus rapid transit (BRT) corridor on Golf Road from Evanston to Elgin, and enhances the ridership increases Pace has already experienced on Golf Road from its North Shore restructuring initiative. The Golf Road BRT is part of an expansive network of TSP routes throughout the suburban area of northeastern Illinois on arterial streets.

COST: The cost for the Golf Road BRT project is $34,000,000. This project is authorized to receive future federal funding.
