While Pace makes plans to expand the park & ride lot on Canterbury Lane in
Bolingbrook, we are pleased to announce that Route 824 will serve a temporary
park & ride on the west side of the New Life Church located at 249 N.
Bolingbrook at Lee Lane in Bolingbrook effective Monday, November 9, 2009.
On that date, two of the four Route 824 morning trips which now serve the
Pace Bolingbrook park & ride on Old Chicago Drive will no longer stop at that
facility but instead will follow the regular local routing. After departing IL
53/Robinhood, all four morning trips will then stop in the parking lot of the
New Life Church and then operate express to the Lisle Metra Station.
Only the 5:20pm, 6:02pm, 6:22pm and 6:50pm afternoon Route 824 departures
from the Lisle Metra Station will serve this temporary park & ride upon request.
