The NW Demonstration Project began on January 11, 2010. The NW Demonstration Project service operates
Monday through Friday with service hours to accommodate trains departing from the Prairie Crossing Metra stations for
Chicago around 7 am and trains returning to the Prairie Crossing Metra stations from Chicago around 6:45 pm. The service
travels to the College of Lake County (CLC) after the morning stop at the Metra stations and before the evening stop
at the Metra stations when a trip is scheduled. The NW Demonstration Project service functions as a Dial-A-Ride outside
of the morning/evening commuting hours. |
