Effective January 1, 2012:
Paratransit Service Reservation Hour Change

CHICAGO PARATRANSIT RIDERS:

IMPORTANT NOTICE OF CHANGES TO ADA PARATRANSIT RESERVATION HOURS

Be aware that on January 1, 2012, the following reservation (call-in) hours will be in effect for Chicago ADA Paratransit Services:

6:00am to 6:00pm every day
For suburban reservations:

6:00am to 6:00pm Mon—Fri

8:00am to 5:00pm Sat – Sun

Please note that the phone numbers will not change.

Please remember that the Taxi Access Program (TAP) and fixed route buses/trains are available to you.

SUBURBAN PARATRANSIT RIDERS:

IMPORTANT NOTICE OF CHANGES TO ADA PARATRANSIT RESERVATION HOURS

Be aware that on January 1, 2012, the following reservation (call-in) hours will be in effect for suburban ADA Paratransit Services:

6:00am to 6:00pm Mon—Fri
8:00am to 5:00pm Sat – Sun

For Chicago reservations, 6:00am to 6:00pm every day

Please note that the phone numbers will not change. There will not be any changes to the reservation hours for suburban Dial-a-Ride programs, the Ride DuPage program and the Ride in Kane program. Changes in reservation hours affect ADA services only.

Please remember that fixed route buses/trains are available to you.
