ADA Advisory Board Applications Available>
The Pace Board of Directors is calling on anyone interested in volunteering
their time to guide the administration of transit service for people
with disabilities to apply to serve on one of two advisory committees.
One committee will focus on service within Chicago, while a second will
direct its attention to the suburbs. Meetings will take place on a quarterly
basis.
A majority of the members on each committee will be eligible for
paratransit service, but all are welcome to apply. Applications will
also be mailed to all registered paratransit customers and distributed
at disability workshops and other advocacy organizations, as well as
on paratransit vehicles in late February or early March. Applications
may be submitted at any time.
