When you call to schedule a ride, you can give the reservationist additional information to make your pick-up easier. If you need additional assistance due to your disability, let the reservationist know. For example, visually impaired clients will commonly tell the reservationist to have the driver 'ring the bell' so they know that their ride has arrived. The reservationist can place comments within your record so that your pick-up can be made as easy as possible.

Have a safe and happy winter season!
